Connecting to the Innate Wisdom

Quieting the mind is essential. When the mindless chatter and thoughts are not coming in the way, you automatically start tuning inwards.
Close your eyes. If your thoughts come, observe them and let them pass. Are the thoughts too distracting? Focus on something. Try listening to the soft sound of the fan’s movement, breathing, or focus on the heart, the spot between the eyes, etc-anything. Make it a soft, gentle focus. Pick a style, and practice it every day.
Gradually, you will notice that you can stay quietened longer and longer. You come out of it feeling calm and in a state of well-being. With a relaxed body and mind, the body starts to calm down, and the chatter is gone. Soon, you can feel and sit in that calm quietness. Your body responds to it. Eventually, you will notice that you will feel good throughout the day. You start to think more clearly and make better decisions. Ideas and insights follow.
You start listening to yourself. The more you honor and listen to yourself, the more you connect with your inner wisdom.

Keep your stress filters lowered when you are not deliberately meditating or focused.
One way is to sit outside, see nature, breathing in the air.
Music that keeps you calm and relaxed helps too.
The more you are in a calm state, the more the day is peaceful. The more you check in on yourself and your thoughts- the more you start listening to yourself. All these things help you have more connection to innate wisdom.
The more you access innate wisdom, the more you become aware of the blueprint of your life path.
It is a continuous process of the inward journey that makes you uncover more and more of the wisdom.
You could set the intention by asking what does my soul want? What am I meant to do right now?
There is no one key fits all journey. Play around and see what works best for you.
Every being has their innate wisdom-come up with a way to tap into it, listen to it, and follow it-it will lead you to a more fruitful life.
In the beginning, you might question if you are doing it right. Keep at it until you feel more confident that you are genuinely listening to the inner voice.
As mentioned before, the body does tell you when it feels right. Listen to your body and how it reacts to your thoughts.
Each individual has an inward journey to follow. Take the effort, and see the quality of your life improve tremendously.

Any information put here are thoughts that come while I am doing my meditative writing. They are just suggestions and not a one size fits all approach.

One Reason Why People Fall Sick

An insight during my meditative state writing:
Why do people fall sick and suffer? What can people do to feel better?

Every human is born with a state of well-being. Even if someone is born with a handicap, it is still a state of well-being. The word handicap is a label applied by humans. However, every being is born equipped to handle their journey irrespective of how they were born.
As the child grows, society starts to impose its beliefs on the child. This imposition begins to challenge the child’s innate wisdom of well-being. Thus arises a conflict. The body is strong and will resist and adjust as much as possible. However, when the external influence gets more potent than innate wisdom, the resulting conflict contributes towards low vibrational thoughts such as fear, stress, anger, frustration, etc. When these issues are not resolved and fester, they result in health issues. When the energy field is impaired or filled with unresolved negativity, it invariably affects the body.
The body is the last defense for everything. It is a beautiful piece of art designed to accept the energy input. It will do whatever it can to achieve your life’s goal or decision. However, when the infiltration from the energy field can sometimes be too much, the body gives in. When we think in terms of medication and other modes of healing, they all help. However, the body is capable of handling things. It would be best if you gave it a chance to do so.

The key here is the energy system. Think about it. The stimulus comes from the outside. To get to you,-it all has to penetrate through the energy field.
So to feel better instantly, change what you are putting or allowing to enter the energy field. You will start to feel better. Your body will respond to it.
The frequency to which you attune yourself makes an impact on you. It does not matter how you were born; well-being is a guarantee for all.
Food, water, and all the cravings are ways the body deals with things. Don’t judge yourself. When your body does not need to worry about what is being poured into it energetically, it automatically changes and will want different things. So only stress about all these things once you change your energy level. Are you not made of atoms/molecules? That is energy. What frequency molded you? Start connecting with your true essence, and the conflict will lessen, contributing towards more positive well-being.

Please note- these are just thoughts that come to me when I ask the question. It is not a cure or suggestion that should substitute your doctor’s advice. However, if it resonates, I hope it enhances the quality of your life.

The Power of Now!

We often hear the phrase “live in the present moment.”

At first, it did not seem to make sense, for are we, not all living in the present?

Mindfulness” is another term being used a lot. What does it really mean? I am aware of “Segment Intending,” as suggested by Abraham Esther Hicks. I try to use it whenever I can. When I listened to Saguru’s explanation on how time knows only the present, it too resonated with me. Though put slightly differently, they all come to the same thing – “The Power of Now.”

I put this blog in the musing section, as this is my takeaway from all the things I have heard. I also plan to take all that I have learned and apply it to my life.

So here is what I am getting by listening to all the experts and the information out there.

The past is already over and done with. You cannot bring it back. The future is something no one really knows about, for there are so many variations that can take place. By remembering an upsetting moment of the past, you bring the past back into your current life. By worrying about what will happen several years from now is nothing but you creating stories, as so many scenarios can take place.

When the past is over, and the future is unknown, why let the mind dwell on those 2-time frames?

The Present Moment is all that Matters!

The only thing one is sure about is the present moment. The only time where you can decide what to do is at that moment.

Focus on the current moment that you are at.

Furthermore, when you look at the past or future all the time, you lose the power of the current moment.

When you think about it, it is actually quite a powerful way of looking at things. The only way you can really do something about life is at the current moment. At this present moment, the options are endless.

Two weeks back, I decided to pay more attention to my present moment. It actually was not as easy as I thought it would be.

The mind just loves looking at the past or the future. It is fascinating how quickly it flits between these two-time frames. For example: Why do I take so long to brush my teeth? My mind is more focused on something that is not in the present moment. Sometimes, it takes quite a bit of effort to be aware of the current moment.

Now along with being aware, I also try to remember to do the segment intending process. Or at least a modified version of it. Here I mentally affirm why I am doing something and what I would like to accomplish from the current moment.

It may have been only two weeks since I started being more aware of the present moment. However, I am noticing that I feel a lot calmer and relaxed, and I accomplish a lot more during the day.

I personally feel that if done regularly, the results will be nothing but positive. I feel good. Being deliberately aware of the moment does not let me dwell in the past or worry about the future. It is only at the current moment that I have several options. It also goes without saying that what I do now will help down the road. It all makes perfect sense.

I am still relatively new to this deliberate, conscious effort to living in the now. I am going to try and use it as much as I can. If still inclined to write, I will write about it again.
