What is the purpose of this site? Well, it is kind of two-fold. One is to help me be a better writer. Two, I genuinely have an urge to share with people what I have learned over the past several years. Small, simple ideas that I hope will make life easier, calmer, joyful and more productive.
What is my end target? To lower your stress filters. By stress filters, I mean lowering stress levels, so that you can for yourself see how to improve the quality of your life.
Speaking from my own experiences, I believe that the number one reason for all problems including health is stress, and how we react to it.
Stress is a huge component in almost everyone’s life. I really feel a lot of things are within our control, and that life does not have to be as stressful. What I intend to do with this site, is to come up with different scenarios that might cause stress, with a couple of simple easy solutions to lower the stress filters.
When we stress, we usually cannot think straight. When we cannot think straight, we could make decisions that might not be beneficial to us. At times like these, what we want to do is to stay calm, use simple steps to lower filters, so at least we are capable of finally being able to see things more clearly.
Lower the stress and improve life. Then finally, you can enjoy this beautiful experience of living by creating value in your life.
